Black Crowned Night Heron

Sorting through some old images, I found this one from back in May. On the evening of Friday the 13th my son and I saw our first Black Crowned Night Heron. Now it's kind of "our bird" and something we talk about pretty regularly. If he knows I've been out to SJWP shooting birds his first question is whether or not I saw one of these.
